Orders & Shipping
All items are handmade to order, with this in mind please allow 2-3 weeks for the making of your piece before being shipped.
We use UPS and USPS, please specify at checkout which carrier and delivery options you prefer.
USPS, UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, and UPS Overnight shipping. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will ship via USPS, and are not eligible for UPS shipping methods. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email.
Please be aware customs duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders which differs by country. Verification of amount can be found at your countrys' customs website. It is the recepients responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.

If you find we've made a mistake on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll quickly work to resolve the
issue. If an error was on our end we will gladly issue a return shipping label. Undamaged and unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Any repairs will be gladly be done on pieces that have an issue with normal wear.
