Argentium silver has higher silver content(94%) than sterling silver. It also is brighter and more tarnish resistant.

All items are handmade to order, with this in mind please allow 2-3 weeks for the making of your piece before being shipped.

We use USPS, UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, and UPS Overnight shipping.
Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will ship via USPS, and are not eligible for UPS shipping methods. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email.

If you find we've made a mistake on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll quickly work to resolve the issue. If an error was on our end we will gladly issue a return shipping label. Undamaged and unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Any repairs will be gladly done on pieces that have an issue with normal wear.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please be aware of the following Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders which differs from country to country. You can verify the fee's at your country's customs website. It is the buyer responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.
